Food inflation reached 80.1% year on year in June while transport costs surged 128% and with soaring food prices, daily power outages and extreme shortages of cooking oil, 70% of households are now reporting reduced food consumption. This has meant a huge increase in our costs to help feed and support families to prevent the abandonment of children into harmful orphanages.
