By analysing recent case reviews, participants will gain valuable insights, learn from successes and failures and identify trends to enhance their practice. 

We’ll address disguised compliance, strategies to maintain curiosity and the delicate balance between optimism and critical thinking. 

Lastly, we’ll emphasise the importance and benefits of effective supervision.
