Corporate Fitness Training with SH Fitness

Get your office staff motivated, fit and healthy with some group training sessions with SH Fitness. Sam Harper, SH Fitness founder, has worked with numerous companies and has over ten years experience in the health and fitness industry. You will have the opportunity to train in a group environment with a session every other week (location dependent). These can take place in your office or in a green space nearby. Get your office moving and start 2023 better than ever!

T&Cs - Winner to commit to 1 session every 2 weeks for 2 months. 4 sessions in total. Sessions to take place at winner’s offices/outside space nearby if based in London or Hertfordshire. Zoom sessions can be offered as an alternative. Prize to be booked with Sam by 1st March 2023.
