Enjoy interactive dining for 10 guests as you watch the chefs prepare a bespoke 7-course tasting menu of dishes, ranging from intricate sushi and sashimi to creative grills and inventive desserts. You, and those lucky enough to dine with you, will be able to watch every process across the open kitchen.

The menu is developed and delicately based around the seasons, using the very best ingredients from small purveyors and artisan suppliers.
