YOGA WORKSHOP WITH EMMA MCGUINNESS FOR 4

Excellent opportunity to acquire a one off workshop with Yoga teacher and mobility specialist Emma McGuinness.

Held at the exclusive Cobham Yoga Studio in the heart of Surrey. The workshop will take place on a Saturday afternoon from 2-4pm. This will include, 1 hour Yoga Class for you and three guests, followed by a Yoga Nidra (relaxing and rejuvenating) and closing with a guided Meditation. (No experience needed) The lucky recipient of this incredible prize can decide if they want the studio to be HOT! For a hot juicy class or warm for a renewed energy practise.

The Workshop is designed for beginner to advanced.

To finish, Yogis will enjoy some light refreshments before leaving the studio feeling nourished and revitalised.
