7 Hills is very glad to announce the launch of its luxury Vila Bellevue with 5 large bedrooms for 10 guests, a heaven of privacy and infinite views located in Sveti Stefan. Splendidly private, it overlooks Crvena Glavica beach on the left and Budva and its old town on the right. Vila Bellevue is an idyllic venue for hosting weddings, anniversaries, corporate events and similar celebrations. The villa occupies an area of 700m2, while the outer part of the garden 175m2.

It consists of 5 rooms and a semi-detached depandance, 2 modern living rooms, a kitchen with the latest electrical appliances, a yard with a swimming pool, 2 spacious open terraces and a foyer, spa and wellness area with finnish bath and hammam. We highlight the courtyard part of the villa, which is perfect for relaxing all the senses with the warm rays of the sun that fall on its area throughout the whole day, with the aromatic scents of different Mediterranean plant species and trees that provide protection and privacy. Carefully furnished rooms with refined and luxurious invent.

The Vila is available on the following dates: 11th to 22nd September 2023, or 22nd to 29th September 2023, dates also available in October 2024. The Vila can accommodate 10 people in 5 double rooms. Food and Drink not included but extra services can be arranged for an extra charge.
