• Confirmed particulars or dates more than 12 weeks prior to the experience will be changed at the absolute discretion of GP Management and may incur further fees.
• If your experience cannot go ahead due to Force Majeure including but not limited to issues causing comprised safety, you will be allowed to re-book a new date at no additional cost.
