Madhus is a brand that is synonymous with quality, taste and luxury. Using recipes handed down from generations, Creative Chef Poonam Ball, daughter of the master chef Madhu recreates dishes that are unique due to the specific spice blends that flavours each dish. Not like any usual curry house, the food here is unique as it has a strong East African heritage. Dishes not to be missed are succulent Tandoori salmon, Kashmiri Rogan Josh and Palak Patta chaat ( spinach and samphire starter that creates an Unami flavour bomb).
