You will be able to enjoy a two hour self-guided session exploring one of the world's most famous rivers from a completely different perspective.

Stand-Up Paddle boarding (SUP) is the world's fastest growing water sport. You will be paddling on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Thames, either upstream from Richmond towards Eel Pie Island and Teddington or downstream towards Isleworth, Kew Gardens and Chiswick.
