We're working to ensure cricket offers the best possible experience. Wherever, whenever & however she’s involved.  Take Her Lead aims to advance equity and inclusion, and increase participation in all areas of the game, for women and girls. We do this by amplifying, connecting & empowering across the cricket community.

AMPLIFY HER VOICE:  We provide a platform for her voice to influence everything we do and drive the game forward. 

INSPIRE WITH ROLE MODELS: We connect young players with female players to inspire their journey on, off and beyond the pitch.

EMPOWER THROUGH EDUCATION: We work with partners across the game to ensure her needs are heard, and drive us forwards.
