Master the art of Pasta Making with Michele Tricarico while enjoying stunning views overlooking the Thames. Michele Tricarico spent his first years mastering his fresh pasta making skill in Verona. Moving to Lake Garda and later Milan, Michele was involved in opening the first Emporio Armani Café before working under Italian Michelin starred Chef Riccardo de Pra, at Dolada, Mayfair.
A personal tuition where you will learn the theory behind great pasta so you can impress friends and family with your own pasta making skills. Followed by a celebratory Prosecco and a three-course lunch in the restaurant, when you will get to taste the fruits of your labour!
