Between the Eyes is a self portrait by illustrator Ralph Steadman created in 2020.

Steadman is renowned for his political and social caricatures, cartoons and picture books and his long association with American journalist Hunter S Thompson. Steadman's long career has seen him illustrate for Rolling Stone, The New York Times, Punch, Private Eye and numerous books.
