General Terms and Conditions

1. Your tickets for the Event will be sent to the email address and via SMS to the number you have provided one week before the concert. If you have more than one tickets, all tickets will be sent to your email address and it is your responsibility to forward the tickets to the relevant attendees.
2. Tickets are not for resale and requests to transfer tickets will be done on a case by case basis by London’s Air Ambulance Charity. 

3. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the carol concert is cancelled by London’s Air Ambulance Charity.  

4. The Event is open to all with no age limit. However, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult 

5. Doors open at 18:00 and guests must be seated no later than 18:45. 

6. Seating within your allocated section will be on a first come, first served basis, as advised by seating volunteers and St Paul’s staff. Please note that latecomers will be seated at the back of the Church. 

7. London’s Air Ambulance Charity reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event. London’s Air Ambulance Charity further reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time, in which case you will be entitled to refund of the ticket(s) price paid. 

8. Parking is not included in the ticket price. Parking is available in public car parks in London. London’s Air Ambulance Charity cannot guarantee that parking will be available within the public car parks. 

9. Please ensure that you have printed a copy of your ticket or can easily access a digital copy on your phone or tablet to show on the night. 

By attending the Event you agree that you will:
 
10. Not photograph or record the Event in whole or in part. All mobiles and similar devices must be switched off for the duration of the Event. Unauthorised recording equipment, recordings, tapes, films or similar items may be confiscated and destroyed or deleted. Any recording made of the Event in breach of these conditions shall belong to London’s Air Ambulance Charity. 

11. Unless you advise otherwise, you consent to London’s Air Ambulance Charity using any photographs of you, as well as your feedback or comments about the Event, in future advertising or promotions. 

12. Not bring any alcohol, food or other beverages into the premises 

13. Not do anything to bring London’s Air Ambulance Charity into disrepute. 

14. Follow and adhere to the instructions given by the Event organisers and Event marshals at all times. 

15. Not use aggressive or abusive language towards the Event staff or other attendees. 

16. Respect the rules of the venue including, but not limited to, littering and will ensure all litter is disposed of responsibly. 

17. Attend at your own risk. Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we accept no liability for any other loss, damage, or injury you may suffer in connection with the event.

Data Protection 
 
18. Personal information provided by guests will be collected and processed by the Charity. All information provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Miscellaneous 

19. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. 

20. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between each of the entrants and the Promoter. 

21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction
