Tickets
What time does the event start?
Doors will open at 18:00. Please use the main front entrance (to the west side of the building), or the step-free entrance on the north side.
All guests must be seated by 18:45 for a 19:00 start. We expect the carol concert to be finished at around 20:00.
Can I buy tickets on the night?
Tickets are only available to book in advance and will not be available for sale on the night.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets in one transaction.
Is seating reserved?
Seating within your allocated section will be on a first come, first served basis, as advised by seating volunteers and St Paul’s staff. Please note that latecomers will be seated at the back of the church.
How do I receive my tickets?
You will receive your e-tickets directly from EMMA-Live, our ticketing platform following booking. Tickets will be sent from the following email address: ems@emma-live.com
Please check junk mail folders. We will also resend all tickets one week before the concert date.

Does my ticket grant access to the rest of the cathedral?
Carol concert tickets do not include access to the rest of the cathedral. You can find out more about visiting and buy sightseeing tickets on the St Paul’s Website.
Access
Is the cathedral fully accessible?
The cathedral is fully accessible for those with limited mobility, and we can provide diocesan BSL interpreters for impaired and d/Deaf guests. Please let us know if you require a BSL interpreter for the concert by emailing stpauls@londonsairambulance.org.uk

A member of our group is a wheelchair user. Is priority seating available?
If you, or a member of your group, is a wheelchair user please get in touch with us at stpauls@londonsairambulance.org.uk
If not informed, the event organisers cannot guarantee priority seating on the night.
How do I book a companion/carer ticket?

Venue
Are there any security measures I should be aware of?
Security screenings will be in place upon entry. Bags larger than handbags/small rucksacks (dimensions 45cm x 35cm x 25cm) are not permitted so please only bring your essentials with you.
Please don’t bring:
· Glass bottles or containers
· Food or drink
· Knives or sharp objects
· Any other items which could cause damage to our fabric or harm to others
· Any illegal items
· Items used in connection with protest
· Drones
Are there toilet facilities at the cathedral?
Yes, fully accessible toilets will be available during the evening.
Is photography permitted at the event?
No, photography and videography are not permitted inside the cathedral or during the concert.
Is there an age limit?
All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
