Foraging Workshop and Afternoon Tea for Two
Description
Experience the delights of spring in this foraging workshop and afternoon tea feast.
Start the day wandering around the South Downs in hedgerows, meadows and woodlands, collecting the edible flowers, plants and fungi that are around during the spring season. Learn about the culinary uses, history and folklore of common UK plants with our expert foragers.
You and your guest will then sit down to a delicious afternoon tea feast with sandwiches, pastries, cakes, wild tea blends and delicately floral fizz. Each dish will be carefully curated to showcase the beauty of spring with fragrant flowers and flavourful herbs.
At Terra Vitum, the team aspire to teach everyone who listens how to be a steward of the land. They do this by teaching natural ways of living, foraging, permaculture, and herbalism.
Live Wildly. Live Mindfully.
