How do I register?

You sign up when you first buy a ticket or make a donation, or you can click on Sign Up. You will be asked to enter your email and mobile so that we can contact you with further event updates or if you win the item.

Can I edit my profile?

Yes, you can change any of your contact details at any point. Simply click on Your Account and you can then edit your details as well as see all your transactions / activity.

PRIZE DRAW

How do I enter the prize draw?

Click on the Prize Draw menu option. Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase using the + and – icons. You will need to be signed in to process your transaction and will be asked for payment information to confirm your order. There is 1 prize available through the draw.

How do I know if I have won or lost?

When the draw is made using a system generated random number generator you will be sent a notification by email and text to let you know if you have a winning ticket or not.

What are the full terms and conditions of the Prize Draw?

These terms and conditions are the competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the prize draw competition as advertised by Emma and Teenage Cancer Trust. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules.

Entry Details

1. Entrants must be GB residents and must be aged 18 and over.

2. By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements.

3. The entry period starts on June 23rd 2022 and closes 8.00pm on August 7th 2022.

4. No responsibility can be accepted by Emma or Teenage Cancer Trust for any incomplete or illegible entries or any entries not received or corrupted during transmission, for whatever reason.

5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teenage Cancer Trust does not accept any liability for any losses or damage whatsoever arising out of this Promotion. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall operate to exclude Teenage Cancer Trust liability for death, personal injury (as a result of its negligence), fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Winner contact and Prize Fulfilment

6. The winner will receive the prize. This will be delivered to the winner’s address provided upon confirmation of winning the competition.

7. There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred or bartered.

8. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 48 hours of the closing date and notified by email within 24 hours of the draw being made. In the event that contact cannot be made within a further 24 hours, Teenage Cancer Trust reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

9. The judges’ decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. In order to claim a prize, entrants may be required to provide official proof of age and/or residency sent via email. If entrants are asked to provide this documentation they must do so within 24 hours. Teenage Cancer Trust reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from further participation in the promotion any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

11. Teenage Cancer Trust will not deliver prizes to addresses outside of the specified geographical coverage stated above in term 1.

12. Teenage Cancer Trust may refuse to allocate a prize to a winner at its sole discretion to anyone acting in any manner deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Teenage Cancer Trust shall have no liability for any loss of any kind incurred by the winner.

13. Any cost incurred in entering shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant.

14. Teenage Cancer Trust reserves the right to substitute a prize if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

Data Protection

15. Personal data will be taken where necessary from all entries received where those details are reasonably necessary for the administration of the competition. Any personal data of entrants will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Jurisdiction

16. This promotion may be cancelled or amended at any time by Teenage Cancer Trust without prior notice.

17. The promoter is Teenage Cancer Trust, 93 Newman Street, London, W1T 3EZ and the draw is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the Courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute.

18. Teenage Cancer Trust is the beneficiary charity. Registered Charity 1062559 (England & Wales); SC039757 (Scotland) with a registered office at 93 Newman St, London, W1T 3EZ;

19. Prize winners consent to their names and counties being made available by Teenage Cancer Trust. For name and county of prize winner please send an SAE to The Connor Brothers/Rebel, Teenage Cancer Trust, 93 Newman Street, London, W1T 3EZ

Can I enter the Prize Draw through a no purchase entry?

20. You can enter with no purchase necessary, via postal entry. To enter this way, please send your entry to Freepost RRHG-UZRK-XLE, 93 Newman Street, London, W1T 3EZ with Connor Brothers/Rebel flagged on your entry along with your full name, email address, contact mobile number, country of residence and date of birth. Postal entries must be received before 11.59pm on August 6th.

Can Teenage Cancer Trust employees enter the prize draw?

21. No, Teenage Cancer Trust employees cannot enter.

When does the prize draw close?

22. The prize draw closes for postal entries at 11.59pm on Saturday, August 6th 2022 and at 8pm on Sunday, August 7th 2022 for online entries.
